Returns & Refund Policy

We sell food supplements and health-related products. To protect consumer safety and hygiene, returns are limited and strictly regulated.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason, provided the conditions below are met.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (for example by email) within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Hygiene & Health Exception - No Returns After Opening

Due to health protection and hygiene regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Opened supplements
• Unsealed bottles, capsules, powders, or liquids
• Any product where the original seal has been broken

Once a product has been opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

This exception is permitted under EU law for sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.

Conditions for Accepted Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

• the product is unused
• the product is unopened and sealed
• the product is in original packaging
• the return is requested within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• We do not provide prepaid return labels.
• Shipping costs (EUR 12.95) are non-refundable, including on orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
